Hello and welcome to vwx-plants.com! My name is Nicolas and I have been a landscape architect for over 25 years. I have also been working with Vectorworks for 25 years.
Geode-Concept SRL is my small business based in Hotton, in the heart of the beautiful Belgian Ardennes.

Why this site exists

Over the years, I have spent hundreds (if not thousands) of hours drawing, modelling, cleaning, adjusting, and organising plants for Vectorworks. Plant by plant. It was time-consuming. Very time-consuming. And above all... very costly in terms of time and energy.

I purchased 3D models, integrated them, cleaned them up, but Vectoworks is not designed to handle thousands of 3D plants; that's not its speciality. We had to find other ways to produce 3D renderings of planting plans.

One day, I thought to myself, "What if we could simplify all this without losing quality or realism?"

That's how vwx-plants.com was born: a library dedicated exclusively to Vectorworks, with 2D plants and, above all, lightweight 3D prop images that allow you to create beautiful 3D renderings without weighing down the file.

The images are created using artificial intelligence and are manually reworked.

My commitment

I put a lot of heart and attention into each plant. That said, despite all the care taken, it may happen that a variety has a small imperfection or a detail that does not suit you perfectly. In this case, please do not hesitate to let me know: I am attentive and will correct it as soon as possible.

The objective remains simple: to save you a considerable amount of time while maintaining a professional and natural look in your projects.

Behind the screen

Here, there is no team of 15 people or marketing department. There is me, an independent landscape designer, who continues to draw up plans, visit building sites... and create these plants because I truly believe in them.
